What's the difference between IT Support and Desktop Support?

IT Support is ongoing, proactive management of your whole IT environment — helpdesk, monitoring, cloud, cybersecurity. Desktop Support is task-based: a one-off visit to fix, upgrade or configure individual PCs and workstations. You can use both, or just the one that fits your need right now.

Do I need to sign a monthly contract?

No. Every service we offer is available on a pay-per-job or pay-per-project basis. There are no mandatory retainers. If you want regular managed IT support, we can discuss a support arrangement — but it is never a requirement.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
